About the Section

The TELC B1 Mündlicher Ausdruck (Speaking) module takes approximately 15 minutes with a 20-minute preparation phase (Vorbereitungszeit). The exam can be conducted as a pair or individual examination (Paar- oder Einzelprüfung).

Total duration: 15 mins approx (+ 20 mins preparation)

Teil 1: Einander kennenlernen (Getting to Know Each Other)

• Introduce yourself: name, residence, family, profession, hobbies

• Decide 'du' or 'Sie' based on the situation
